Waiting List for Sold Out Tours

Please send us a email  to be placed on a waiting list for sold out tours.
You'll be notified and offered a spot at full price on the tour that you specify in your initial email, 2 through 6, if space becomes available. This is first come, first serve.


Included in a Tour
Storm chasing tours include 6 days of storm chasing, 7 nights of lodging, and ground transportation during the tour.
Tour price does not include airfare or car rental to and from the base city or food during the tour.

Deposit
A non-refundable $20.00 per person fee is required to reserve your place on a tour. The remaining balance, the full tour fee minus the deposit fee you've sent, is due upon arrival.

Payment
Information on paying your $20.00 per person deposit will be presented to you during the booking process, which you can begin by selecting Reservations in the menu bar at the top of this website. Instructions on sending the rest of the tour fee will be e-mailed to you at a later date once you've paid your deposit. For those who would like to pay the rest of their tour fee in person via cashier's check or cash, please wait until the first day of your tour during orientation to present your payment. Your $20.00deposit is still due at time of booking to reserve your seat.

Rebooking
If you rebook your tour within 12 weeks of your tour date, there will be a $50.00 rebooking fee. This is necessary due to difficulties with selling the vacated spot left by rebooking. These vacated spots usually go unsold or are sold at a high discount. 

Refunds
We cannot refund your deposit for any reason if you cannot go. Do not book until you are sure.

Hotels
We stay in nice hotels when chasing storms in Tornado Alley. We always try to find hotels that are in the path of the severe storms, which allows us to see an evening lightning show at the hotel from time to time. Unlike some tour groups, we avoid staying in lower-end motel chains like Super 8 and Days Inn. You'll always find nice accomodations on our tours and WE DO NOT STAY IN RUN-DOWN MOTELS AT ANY TIME!!

Flights
Airfare is not included with a storm chasing tour. Please make sure you are selecting the correct year of your tour and the correct dates when booking flights. Search for your airfare now, click here.

Gift Certificates
Get a Storm Chasing Adventure Tours gift certificate! They're great gifts for Christmas, anniversaries, birthdays, and graduations. Print out your gift certificate .Be sure to fill out the name of the person who will receive the certificate and go on a storm chasing tour. After printing, you MUST pay the deposit for a tour by completing Step 2 of the reservation process for the certificate to be valid. The remainder of the tour fee, payable by cash or cashier's check, is still due during orientation on the first night of a tour (you may want to enclose the rest of the fee with the certificate when giving). The recipient will then need to complete Step 1 of the reservation process in their name and indicate that they received a gift certificate in the "discounts or coupons" box when booking.
